Where are we?
Copeton Waters State Park is located on the western slopes of the New England Ranges – 570km north-west of Sydney, 440km south-west of Brisbane and only 40km from the thriving regional centre of Inverell.

Directions
From Inverell, visitors need to travel the Gwydir Highway heading west towards Moree. Approximately 3kms from the town limits, turn left onto Copeton Dam road and travel for 40kms. Copeton Waters State Park is the first left after crossing the dam wall. Access can also be taken from Bundarra and Bingara.
